Flying On Small Planes

On occasion I have to fly to get to a place to do recoveries. On a small plane, you can feel all the slight turbulence. Sometimes I am okay, other times I get nauseous. Typically, once you are above the clouds the turbulence smooths out. There were times when it was raining and we went above the rain.
There was an occasion when I saw a double rainbow. The pilot told us that that was only the second time in twenty years of flying that he ever saw one.
If I do take a plane it cuts three hours each way that I would had to of driven.
Seeing Indianapolis at eight thousand feet is an awesome sight.
While I would prefer flying in a large commerical jet, I do not complain. Shaving off six hours of driving is well worth flying in a small plane.
